For suppliers who bid on Etimad and NUPCO tenders

One missed item costs more than a year's subscription.

ProcDuck reads every Etimad and NUPCO tender down to the line item. So what you sell gets found even when the tender's title says nothing about it. From there it carries the whole bid: pricing, quotations, the paperwork. One workspace, Arabic first.

The one you didn't open

Your next contract is on line 213 of a tender you would have skipped.

Etimad and NUPCO publish tenders as bundles. A hospital group's annual supply run is hundreds of line items under one title, and the title names none of them. Both portals search that title. Nothing else.

ProcDuck reads the items. Every line of every Etimad and NUPCO tender is indexed and matched against your product catalog, your NUPCO codes and your saved keywords. When one line out of four hundred is something you sell, you hear about it that day.

What that is worth

One line item. SAR 500,000. On a tender they were never going to open.

A medical supplier on ProcDuck won it from a single item buried in a tender whose title had nothing to do with their catalog. They were not looking for it and would not have found it. The alert did.

From tender to bid file

One workspace, from the first search to the file you upload

Your team already takes these five steps, across two portals, spreadsheets and Word files. ProcDuck keeps all five in one place.

  1. Find
  2. Match
  3. Price
  4. Quote
  5. Bid files
Step 1 · Find

Search inside every tender, not just its title

ProcDuck indexes every Etimad and NUPCO tender down to the line item. Your search reaches the items themselves, so a tender titled “annual supply” still turns up for the syringe on item 213.

  • Search by tender number in any spelling, or by NUPCO code
  • Filter by source, agency, type and deadline
  • Save the searches you run every week
  • An AI summary groups each tender's items into product families
Step 2 · Match

Hear about the one item that fits your catalog

Add your products, their NUPCO codes and your keywords once. Three times a day ProcDuck checks every new tender against them and tells you which item matched.

  • Matches on NUPCO codes, saved searches and keywords
  • Alerts by email, in the app and on WhatsApp
  • 30 products matching one tender arrive as one alert, not 30
  • Import your whole catalog from an Excel sheet
Step 3 · Price

Price each item with its award history beside it

Type a price for each item and mark the ones you are bidding on. NUPCO's past awards for the same code sit beside every item, and your bid total and margin update with each price.

  • Who won each NUPCO code before, and at what price where it was published
  • Your bid total and margin, updated as you type
  • Track each bid from review to award, with its deadline on your calendar
  • Press Enter to jump to the next price and price a long tender from the keyboard
Step 4 · Quote

Quotations and supplier RFQs from the same items

Turn the priced items into branded VAT quotations, one per item when NUPCO wants it that way, and approve them in one go. Ask your suppliers for prices with an Excel RFQ, import their replies in their own currency, and compare them side by side.

  • Your logo, stamp and signature on every quotation PDF
  • Approve a whole run at once, then download all its PDFs together
  • RFQ workbooks your suppliers fill in, imported back in one step
  • Supplier replies side by side, with the lowest price highlighted
Step 5 · Bid files

The NUPCO files, filled in from your bid

Select the approved quotations and download what the portal asks for: the response workbook you downloaded from NUPCO, filled in with your prices, the attachments packet, and an Arabic cover letter whose total matches the workbook.

  • Only the columns NUPCO lets a supplier change are written
  • Every quotation, catalog and certificate PDF named the way the attachments file cites it
  • A cover letter for any tender, Etimad included, with VAT worked out item by item
  • Nothing guessed: a material code two items share is flagged for you to check

Questions, answered

What people ask before a demo

The short answers. The knowledge base has the long ones, in Arabic and English.

What is ProcDuck?

ProcDuck is a tender-intelligence and bid-management platform for Saudi government procurement. It indexes every Etimad and NUPCO tender down to the line item. When one matches your products or your keywords, it tells you. Then it carries the bid from pricing through quotations and the NUPCO files.

Why is it called ProcDuck?

ProcDuck is short for Procurement Duck. A duck stays calm on the water while its feet never stop. It sifts a whole pond and keeps only what is worth eating. That is what the platform does with Saudi tenders. The full story is on the About page.

Which tenders does ProcDuck cover?

Two sources. Etimad, the Ministry of Finance's government procurement platform. And the NUPCO supplier portal, where the National Unified Procurement Company buys medicines and medical supplies for the public health sector. Both are read throughout the Saudi working day, along with NUPCO's published award results.

What if the tender's title has nothing to do with what I sell?

That is the common case, and it is what ProcDuck is for. Saudi tenders are published as bundles: one title over hundreds of line items. ProcDuck indexes every item on Etimad and NUPCO and matches it against your product catalog, your NUPCO codes and your saved keywords. The title never has to mention you.

Does ProcDuck submit bids for me?

ProcDuck prepares everything you submit: the bid pricing, branded quotations, supplier RFQs, and both NUPCO files filled from your catalog. With the right setup, it can automate your iNUPCO submission too. Connect Claude to your account through the ProcDuck MCP connector, and Claude fills in your offers on iNUPCO and submits them for you. We help you set it up.

Is ProcDuck available in Arabic?

Yes. The whole platform, the documentation and the knowledge base are in Arabic and English, and Arabic is the default.

How do I get access?

Book a free demo. A rep searches live tenders for your products and sets up your organization by invitation. You invite your team from inside the platform after that.

Can my own systems or AI agents use ProcDuck?

Yes. There is a REST API and an MCP server with more than 150 tools. Claude and other agents can search tenders, price items and generate documents on your behalf.
