Searching tenders

Your organization's roster of the sales people its quotations are presented by: picking one on a quotation fills its printed contact block, and linking one to a team member is what makes their signature print after approval.
RFQs
Collect supplier prices for a tender's items: create a request for quotation from the items you pick, send its Excel file to your vendors, record every reply (a filled file or a manual entry) then compare the quotes with freight-aware billable weights and track your vendors' prices over time.
Sales and Purchase Orders
