Buy your supplies for less, without a procurement team.
Turn your supply list into a tender, and we send it to hundreds of medical suppliers and distributors in the Kingdom. Compare every offer against past award prices, and in our pilot, earn a share of the fees suppliers pay to bid.
A real sourcing round, even for a small clinic
From the list you already have to the award, with the market's own prices beside every bid.
Start from the list you already have
Upload last quarter's order sheet, or send a photo or a PDF of your list to Haitham. The items, quantities and units become a tender with a deadline: the one record every offer is compared against.
- Import the list from Excel, or from a photo or PDF through Haitham
- Items, quantities, units and a deadline
- Notes, documents and supplier replies kept on the tender
Ask the suppliers you choose
Generate an RFQ from the tender's items for each supplier you pick. A supplier's filled sheet is imported without retyping. A shared inbox for supplier email is an Enterprise service, scoped in writing.
- An RFQ Excel file per supplier
- Shared supplier-email inbox for Enterprise, scoped in writing
- Supplier sheets imported, no retyping
Every offer side by side
See every supplier offer in one matrix: price per line, total per supplier, the lowest marked. Decide per item, or give the whole list to one supplier.
- Line-by-line comparison matrix
- Lowest total highlighted, gaps visible at a glance
- Sourcing history per item for the next round
Know the fair price before the bids arrive
Years of government healthcare award results, indexed by item code: what was awarded, to whom, from which manufacturer, at what price. A clinic buying small quantities sees what the largest buyers paid.
- Award-price history by item code and description
- Trends over time, per supplier and per manufacturer
- Who supplies what, and from which manufacturer
A round that pays the clinic
We are piloting a program with a first group of clinics: you publish a tender to the suppliers on ProcDuck, every supplier who bids pays a participation fee, and part of each fee goes to you.
You publish the tender
Once your clinic joins, we send your tender to hundreds of medical suppliers and distributors in the Kingdom, and suppliers on ProcDuck see it in their search and alerts.
Serious suppliers pay to bid
A supplier who wants to bid pays a flat participation fee for that tender. The fee keeps the field to suppliers who mean it, so you review real offers.
You compare, award and get your share
After the deadline you compare the bids against past award prices and award. We pay you your share of the fees each month, with a statement.
The program's rules
One flat fee per tender
The fee is set before the tender opens, and a supplier sees it before paying. It is not a percentage of the deal.
Your share each month, with a statement
We collect the fees from suppliers and pay the clinic its share each month, with a statement of every fee and refund.
Refunded only if the clinic cancels
A supplier gets the full fee back if the clinic cancels the tender or changes it materially after the supplier paid. Otherwise it is not refundable, which is what keeps the field serious.
About the clinic tenders program
Is the clinic tenders program live?
Not for everyone yet. We are running it with a first group of clinics and suppliers. Hosting a tender, inviting suppliers and comparing their offers already work on ProcDuck; book a demo to join the pilot.
Who pays the participation fee?
The supplier who chooses to bid, once for that tender. A supplier who only looks at the tender pays nothing.
How much does the clinic earn?
A share of each fee paid for your tender, set out in the pilot terms. What you receive depends on how many suppliers choose to bid, so we do not promise an amount. Your monthly statement lists every fee and refund.
Can I still invite my own suppliers?
Yes. Inviting the suppliers you choose with an RFQ works today, with or without the program.
What if I cancel the tender?
Every supplier who paid for it gets a full refund. The same applies if you change the tender materially after suppliers paid.
