What is ProcDuck?
ProcDuck is a tender-intelligence and bid-management platform for Saudi government procurement. It indexes every Etimad and NUPCO tender down to the line item. When one matches your products or your keywords, it tells you. Then it carries the bid from pricing through quotations and the NUPCO files.
Why is it called ProcDuck?
ProcDuck is short for Procurement Duck. A duck stays calm on the water while its feet never stop. It sifts a whole pond and keeps only what is worth eating. That is what the platform does with Saudi tenders. The full story is on the About page.
Which tenders does ProcDuck cover?
Two sources. Etimad, the Ministry of Finance's government procurement platform. And the NUPCO supplier portal, where the National Unified Procurement Company buys medicines and medical supplies for the public health sector. Both are read throughout the Saudi working day, along with NUPCO's published award results.
What if the tender's title has nothing to do with what I sell?
That is the common case, and it is what ProcDuck is for. Saudi tenders are published as bundles: one title over hundreds of line items. ProcDuck indexes every item on Etimad and NUPCO and matches it against your product catalog, your NUPCO codes and your saved keywords. The title never has to mention you.
Does ProcDuck submit bids for me?
No. You submit on Etimad and on the NUPCO portal yourself. ProcDuck prepares what you submit: the bid pricing, the branded quotations, the supplier RFQs, and the two NUPCO files filled from your catalog.
Is ProcDuck available in Arabic?
Yes. The whole platform, the documentation and the knowledge base are in Arabic and English, and Arabic is the default.
How do I get access?
