For NUPCO suppliers

Claude skills that work the iNUPCO portal for you

ProcDuck's free Claude skills run in your own Chrome while you are signed in to iNUPCO. One reports which invoices are not collected yet, with their total, and whether a cancelled invoice was recreated. The other fills product registration requests and technical offers from your ProcDuck catalog, and waits for your go-ahead before it submits anything.

  • Invoice report that only reads
  • Technical offers filled from ProcDuck
  • The catalog jobs in the same skill

What is in the download

One skill, ProcDuck, does every job: two that work in the iNUPCO portal and seven that build and price your ProcDuck catalog.

Invoice report

Reads every invoice from the portal's own invoice report and tells you which are not collected yet and their total, which failed and need resubmitting, and whether a cancelled invoice was recreated. It goes by each invoice's real status, not by the request list, and it only reads.

Needs: Claude in Chrome and your iNUPCO sign-in. No ProcDuck account needed.

Ask Claude: Which of my iNUPCO invoices are not collected yet, and what is the total?

Technical offers and product requests

Fills iNUPCO product registration requests and technical offers on a tender from your ProcDuck data: names, catalogue numbers, packaging, manufacturer, authorization and documents. It asks you once for your own conventions, such as your pricing rule, validity and salesperson, finds the items that still have no offer, and waits for your go-ahead before every Submit.

Needs: Claude in Chrome, your iNUPCO sign-in, and Claude connected to ProcDuck on Pro or Enterprise.

Ask Claude: Which items I am bidding on in this tender still have no technical offer?

Seven catalog jobs

Build the catalog the offers are filled from. They work through the ProcDuck connector.

  • Create products from price lists, spreadsheets, PDF catalogs and label photos. Skips items you already have, merges one catalogue number into one product, and reuses your manufacturers.
  • Find the NUPCO code for each product, with the evidence. Matches by exact catalogue number and flags items that don't match the NUPCO description.
  • Fill packing, country of origin and shelf life from sources. Writes only what a page or document confirms.
  • Add official product photos. Checks each image before upload, and adds a representative photo only when you ask, marked as such.
  • File datasheets, method sheets and instructions for use, one per product, and reuses one file across products.
  • Upload your own files to the right products, matched by catalogue number.
  • Record supplier quotes on your RFQs exactly as quoted, and update cost prices from a price list at a stated exchange rate.

Each job in detail: the manual.

What you need

  • A paid Claude plan: Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise. Claude is a separate subscription from Anthropic.
  • Google Chrome on a computer. The extension does not run in other browsers or on phones.
  • Your iNUPCO supplier account. You sign in yourself, in your own browser.
  • For technical offers and the catalog jobs: ProcDuck on Pro or Enterprise, with Claude connected.
  • For large catalogs: room in your daily API allowance (a full import uses about 5 calls per product) and in the upload cap of 500 files a day. Ask ProcDuck support if you need more; a higher limit may carry a fee.

Set up Claude in Chrome

Claude in Chrome is Anthropic's browser extension. With it, Claude reads the page in front of you and clicks, types and fills in forms there, in your own signed-in browser.

  1. Open the Claude extension on the Chrome Web Store and click Add to Chrome.
  2. Sign in with your Claude account when the extension asks.
  3. Keep it in reach: click the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome's toolbar, then the pin next to Claude.
  4. Click the Claude icon to open the side panel. That is where you talk to Claude while it works in the tab.
  5. Choose how Claude asks for permission. Start with the mode that asks before each action; you can change it later.
  6. Allow iNUPCO. The first time Claude acts on inupco.nupco.com it asks; choose to always allow that site. You can take the permission back in the extension's settings.

On Claude Team and Enterprise, an organization owner can turn Claude in Chrome on or off for everyone in the organization settings.

Claude's menus change from time to time. If a name here differs, Anthropic's help pages have the current one.

Install the skills

  1. Open the email we send you and download the file. Keep it zipped.
  2. Make sure code execution is on in Claude's settings.
  3. Open Customize → Skills and upload the zip as it is, without unzipping it.

On Claude Team and Enterprise, an organization owner can add the skills for every member under Organization settings → Plugins & skills.

In Claude Code, unzip the file into ~/.claude/skills instead.

Connect Claude to ProcDuck

The technical-offer and catalog jobs read and write your ProcDuck data through the ProcDuck connector. It is part of Pro and Enterprise, one connection per user on Pro, and takes a few minutes: connect Claude to ProcDuck. The invoice report does not need it.

Use the skills in the portal

  1. Open inupco.nupco.com in Chrome and sign in yourself.
  2. Open the Claude side panel in that tab.
  3. Ask in plain words. Claude picks the right skill from what you ask.
  4. Watch the first run: answer its questions from the options it offers, and say go when it asks to submit.

Things to ask

  • Which of my iNUPCO invoices are not collected yet, and what is the total?
  • Which invoices failed and need resubmitting?
  • Was this cancelled invoice recreated? Check it by its goods receipt number.
  • Which items I am bidding on in this tender still have no technical offer?
  • Fill the technical offers for these items from ProcDuck, and stop before each Submit.
  • Import this tender sheet and skip items I already have.
  • Attach photos and datasheets for my Bio SB products.
  • Update cost prices from this Roche price list in euros.
  • Which products are missing a photo or datasheet?
  • Check my catalog for duplicates.

You stay in control

  • The invoice report only reads. It changes nothing in the portal, and your invoice list is saved to your own Downloads folder.
  • Your session stays in your browser. You sign in yourself, and the skills send your sign-in nowhere but NUPCO's own servers.
  • The technical-offer skill tells Claude never to press Submit until you say so in that conversation.
  • Claude in Chrome can ask before each action, and you can take back a site's permission at any time.
  • ProcDuck stays the source of truth: when a value is missing, Claude asks you and saves the answer to ProcDuck, so the next offer has it.
  • The skills never merge or delete products without asking. Likely duplicates come to you as a list with links.
  • A representative photo is added only when you ask, and is marked on the product as not the exact item.
  • When the real product contradicts the tender sheet, the skill keeps the catalogue-number product and reports the mismatch for you to review.

Questions

What is iNUPCO?

iNUPCO (inupco.nupco.com) is NUPCO's supplier portal, where suppliers register products, submit technical offers on tenders and follow their invoices. NUPCO is the National Unified Procurement Company, which buys for Saudi Arabia's public health sector.

Are the skills free?

Yes. Claude in Chrome needs a paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise), which is a separate subscription from Anthropic. Technical offers and the catalog jobs also need ProcDuck on Pro or Enterprise.

Does Claude see my iNUPCO password?

You sign in to iNUPCO yourself in Chrome, and Claude works in the session you opened. The skills never ask for your password.

Can Claude submit an offer without me?

The technical-offer skill tells Claude never to press Submit until you say so in that conversation. You can also set Claude in Chrome to ask before every action.

Does it work in Edge, Safari or on a phone?

No. Claude in Chrome runs in Google Chrome on a computer only.

Do I need a ProcDuck account?

Not for the invoice report. Technical offers fill the portal from your ProcDuck catalog, so they need ProcDuck on Pro or Enterprise with Claude connected, and so do the seven catalog jobs.

Why do you send the link by email?

So the skills reach a real inbox and we can tell you when they change. The link works for 7 days, and you can ask for a new one on this page at any time.

Will a large catalog hit a limit?

It can. A full import uses about 5 API calls per product, and uploads are capped at 500 files a day by default. When a limit is reached, the skill stops, tells you exactly what is left, and picks up after midnight UTC. Large catalogs may need a higher daily API limit or upload cap: ask ProcDuck support; a higher limit may carry a fee.

Why do some products get a safety data sheet instead of instructions for use?

Some manufacturers publish only a safety data sheet, or release instructions for use only with a keycode printed on the box. The skill then files the safety data sheet and tells you which products need the keycode.

How do I get a newer version?

Ask for the link again, then replace the old skill with the new zip in Customize → Skills.
