How to register as a NUPCO supplier: steps and documents

You register as a NUPCO supplier through the pre-registration service on the iNupco platform: you fill in your company details, and once the Supplier Relations team approves, an email lets you set a password, complete your profile and upload the required documents.

Updated Published ProcDuck

Registration with NUPCO is done online, in three stops: a pre-registration, an approval from the Supplier Relations team, then a final registration where you upload your documents. This page summarizes what NUPCO itself publishes in its user guide and its supplier-relations FAQ, and is revised as NUPCO revises them.

The registration steps

  1. Open the pre-registration service on the iNupco platform at https://inupco.nupco.com/suppliers/pre-registration.
  2. Fill in the mandatory fields: the company name in English and Arabic, the commercial registration number, the supplier type, and your representative's name, address, email and mobile. Tick the confirmation box and press Submit.
  3. Your request waits for the Supplier Relations team's review. When it is approved, you get an email with a link to set your password.
  4. Set your password. NUPCO requires English letters only, at least one capital and one small letter, at least one digit, and a symbol such as @, !, % or _.
  5. A few minutes later a second email arrives. Follow it to complete the profile: the commercial registration's expiry date and a copy of it, the region, city, district, street name and building number, then the supplier category and purchase tax.
  6. Upload the required documents. Once the registration is approved, the Supplier Relations Department emails your login details, the user manual and how to take part in tenders.
Tip:You can save what you entered and come back: enter your commercial registration number and press Submit to continue where you stopped.

The documents NUPCO asks for

  • The commercial registration certificate (from the Ministry of Commerce).
  • The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) certificate.
  • The Saudization certificate.
  • The Chamber of Commerce membership certificate.
  • The Zakat, Tax and Customs certificate.

Upload them as PDF, valid and certified. The list and its forms change over time, so always trust what the platform shows you at registration.

Why registration requests get rejected

NUPCO lists what makes a request pass more easily:

  • Every document is uploaded as PDF.
  • The documents are valid and certified.
  • The bank details are accurate.
  • The details you entered match the official documents.
  • You use an official company email address.
  • You pick the right supplier type: medical or non-medical.

A rejected supplier can reapply with the same commercial registration number. If the cause is wrong details, NUPCO asks you to correct them instead of declining the application for good.

After approval: SRM and iNupco

NUPCO describes two platforms: the SRM system for buying tender documents, submitting technical and financial offers and uploading pricing catalogs, and the iNupco platform after an award for scheduling deliveries, reviewing purchase orders and submitting payment claims. For SRM browser problems see NUPCO portal problems, and for the price file you upload with an offer see the NUPCO bid response file.

Getting help

Medical suppliers submit a ticket through the NUPCO Care platform. Non-medical suppliers email vendor.registration@nupco.com. Changing company representatives or contact methods goes through your account manager or a support ticket.
